By signing up with HostKitten, the registrant above is subject to the rules and regulations determined by HostKitten, its employees, sponsors and agents. The registrant acknowledges that there are certain risks in storing digital information. These risks include, but are not limited to: loss of data, site outtages, site (hi)hacking or spam messages. The registrant contracts not to sue HostKitten and will release and hold harmless HostKitten, its employees, agents and sponsors from any liability arising from personal or property injury, wherein the injury was the result of any activity, omission or involvement conducted by HostKitten or occurring on the space allocated by and for HostKitten due to the negligence of HostKitten. The registrant acknowledges that the provisions of this release has an indefinite duration and shall be binding upon the registrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, as well as respectively the European Union and the United Sates of America.
